Air Pros team has proven themselves to be a very reliable and trustworthy team on several occasions already. There are several other good HVAC companies, but I felt most comfortable having Air Pros in our home – every job they made was topnotch and hassle-free.

I purchased a high wall ductless air conditioner from them three years ago and they did a beautiful job at installing it in my house. The product is high quality and was a perfect fit in our wall. Since then, I have been calling Air Pros for a routine maintenance check. Their preventative maintenance plan is a must-get.

My furnace went out two nights ago, I called Air Pros Mechanical and a gentleman by the name of Israel came out very nice and polite, put on shoe covers when coming in my home, told me I had a bad ignitor, did not try to sell me other products, and their prices are very reasonable I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Thank you to Israel Perez for excellent service today. Honestly we were expecting the worst when we needed to call for repair when our AC was not cooling down our house. We have had some terrible experiences with unethical AC companies and technicians. Israel confirmed the night before that he would be there, he called in the morning and said he would be there in 45 minutes. When he arrived he got right to work, assessed what was wrong and fixed it. He explained what the problem was and within a half-hour of him arriving at our house was cooling! This was an excellent experience and Air Pros should be proud to employ professionals like Israel.

Hire this individual now!! Mr. Israel Perez is a professional in his field of Heating and Air-conditioning. He arrived on time as he had indicated AND started working to resolve our Air-conditioning situation. which he accomplished. While correcting our situation Mr. Perez explained each corrective measure he took to rectify our situation. He also made suggestions for the future to maintain our systems. Mr. Perez is an excellent communicator regarding his explanations and corrective actions. FYI: Mr. Perez is a locally owned business in West Chicago, IL. Pricing is reasonable. As a former VP and having spent many years in the Commercial Banking business, I depend on straight answers and solutions from Contractors. Mr. Perez not only solves problems HE over-delivers in his approach to problem-solving. Again I reiterate……..You won’t be unhappy by using Mr. Perez. Services.

Air Pros Mechanical recently did a clean and check of my furnace. They were very punctual and did an extremely efficient, thorough and professional job, also giving me verbal tips on the side of how to prolong the life of my furnace. Ricardo is a very good, professional technician. He arrived on time and completed his work quickly and efficiently. Ricardo kept me informed of each step and explained the procedure and test results. He cleaned up after himself and left the furnace/hot water heater area in an excellent condition. I highly recommend Ricardo and Air-Pro. I would definitely use them again.
